After several orders this year for my coworkers and myself, today was terrible enough to drive me away as a Potbelly customer. My order was 45 minutes late, a portion of which was because the driver left it with the front desk security in my building, but the delivery driver never called my cell phone. When I called the Potbelly store to complain I was never offered an apology or acknowledgement of the poor experience. I would start to explain the situation, get 20 seconds in, and the staff literally would hand the phone to someone else. The third time I was passed yielded the biggest jerk (important in his own mind) manager. He rudely cut me off, asked if I wanted a refund, and then as I tried to tell him no one ever once apologized for the experience, he hung up on me.AVOID THIS STORE. There are so many other tasty and affordable lunch options that know how to treat customers well and appreciate their business, why would you waste a moment considering Potbelly in Eden Prairie?

Great toasted subs here! Pepper mix approximates Marconi's. Fast service, and priced fairly. Definitely one of the best toasted subs in town.

Love their peppers, definitely one of the better chains for hot subs.

We have always loved Potbelly’s but the last time we were there for Christmas shopping in the mall, our sandwiches were horrible. There was no meat, I had one piece of turkey on my whole sandwich, so basically ate plain bread. Very disappointed.

The food is good, however it is truly impressive how little avocado they can put on one sandwich (aprox. 1/16th of and avocado) You pay extra for it, one ingredient you shouldn't skimp out on. Ether charge more and give a normal amount, or don't charge at all. Also they really need to work on their staffing and cleanliness. I feel for their employees that are always running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

The sandwich artist made me an item that was not advertised on the menu...I think it was called Lucky Seven....let's just say I was only planning to eat half and save the other half for later in the day....well, that never happened, LOL....That sandwich was AMAZINNGGGG.....set a new standard for sandwiches as far as I'm concerned.

I find the sandwiches tend to be salty but the shakes are pretty good.

Always delicious. I recommend "The Wreck" on white bread. That's all you need. Also they have a delicious Oreo milkshake.

Yuppies, it's your night to unite at your favorite potbellys location ... it doesn't heart that there sandwiches are definitely worth every penny you have, because they really are just that darn good.

First rate sandwich shop. Love the Zapps potato chips. Tender breads & good ingredients. No heart burn after the meal.

Some of the best hot sandwiches around. Ingredients are always fresh. Spicy peppers are great if you like a decent amount of heat!

Service is slow and the people working the registers look like they are falling asleep or looking for a way to escape interacting with customers. There were quiet a few dirty tables with a full staff and there was a lot of jumping back and forth from stations by the employees which seems unsanitary and likely to cause cross contamination when going from meat to ice cream. I wouldn't again.

The food is actually decent but the situation that I was put in should never happen. The manager was yelling at one of her employees. This was in front of all the customers. I wanted to order a shake and the manager forgot to get it started.. so I had to wait 5 mins for them to make it at the register. I approached the manager and explained how unprofessional she was and told me to leave the store. Never eating at potbellys again.

Went in at 6pm on a Sunday and of course they were out of chili. They were also cleaning up for the night so I didn't even want to ask if they were still making shakes. When they made my sandwich I could tell the employee ran out of mayo... let's say my sandwich didnt have much if any (which is a bummer because I love mayo). The three employees didn't seem to egar to be assisting me, more or less irritated that one coworker was taking a long time on a bathroom break or break. Potbelly could have made twice the money they did from me this evening. I don't go out to eat ofren but let's say I won't be going back to this location any time soon.

This place is alright. The employees are friendly and the food is decent.

Favorite PotBelly location.

The GM was extremely rude and crabby. My husband and I will not go again. We asked for 2 little sides of marinara with our Italian subs as we always do with no issue. The GM told his employee behind our backs to only give us 1 and charge for another. He rudely muttered to us as we were checking out- we could only have 1 and to share that it’s plenty. The approach was absolutely terrible I lost my appetite and was so put off I honestly refuse to go back. He could have nicely said we can only have 1 side of marina I would not have had an issue.
